The Manipal Walk-O-Meter is a simple, intuitive app that allows you to monitor the amount of calories you burn in the course of a day. Once switched on, it senses your body movements and calculates the distance covered by you by counting the number of steps you have taken. The amount of calories burned is derived taking into account the activity chosen by (walking, running, etc.) and your body weight. This data can be stored giving you an overview of your total calorie loss over any period of time.
